Greetings Conscious Explorers!
Here we come again to explore our inner world and discover resources to heal ourselves from the traumas of the past and equip us to the next stage of our growth and unfolding our potential as we move to the future!
Since COVID-19 restrctions, I am missing LIVE people interaction and I am glad we can come together again each month to meditate and share the sacred moments of inner work together.
This time we will keep it simple, minimize theories and focus on the practice. I was drawn to the topic of HEALING. Healing ourselves, dear ones and send healing vibrations into the world! And as usually, learn from the wisdom of what brainwaves have to say as shown by the Mind Mirror!
As usually I have picked some beautiful and powerful meditations from the Mind Mirror Meditation Centre collection.

Oxana was born in Moscow (USSR at that time) into a family of engineers. She studied English from the age of 7 and two other languages—Dutch and French—at the prestigious Russian Economic Academy. In 1998, she graduated with a Russian Diploma in Finance from the Russian Economic Academy and a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing Management from the International Business School of Hanzehogeschool, Hoheschool van Groningen, the Netherlands.
Beginning in 1997, she worked for three international corporations in marketing, research, finance, public relations, and business training. In the midst of burnout and depression, she rose like a phoenix from the corporate world and turned her attention to what makes her soul sing: study of the brain and human consciousness. In 2004, she was graduated from Moscow's Institute of Psychoanalysis with a degree in Psychology and a second diploma in Transpersonal Psychology. Her final thesis on "Consciousness Transformation" and the work of Anna Wise ultimately led to her study and certification as an Awakened Mind Consciousness Trainer in June of 2017.
Oxana's interpersonal skills, coupled with her keen observation abilities and talent for data analysis, make her a rising star in this work. You have seen her aesthetically presented and highly organized (volunteer) work in creating this website, IAM's webinar program, and the "Eureka Times" newsletter. QUESTION:
What if I am interested but cannot make it to online club meeting?
ANSWER:
- If for any reason, you could not make it in time, the recording will be provided the next day (or within 72 hours) for you to catch up. Everybody is invited to share both subjective and brainwave experiences during these meditations. There will be a separate time devoted to this in the beginning of each meeting.
QUESTION:
Do I need to be the Mind Mirror owner?
ANSWER:
- You do not need to have the Mind Mirror to practice. You simply need to be eager to meditate. You do the change and the healing. Practicing is the key. Machine just "reads" the brainwaves but it is your experience that really matters. You may learn about the brainwave's effects during these meditations from the experience of others. Plus, take notes of useful landmarks and borrow them for a quick entry into the healing states!
QUESTION:
Are there any benefits for the Mind Mirror users?
ANSWER:
- If you do have a Mind Mirror, I invite you to start using it more often and check yourself what these meditations do, using the services of The Mind Mirror Portal (which currently offers 10 sessions FREE upload).

What to expect? How will the meetings be structrured?
ANSWER:
- We will meet same time on Saturday (or Sunday, depending on your time zone) for approx. 1,5 - max 2 hours. I will give you short introduction to meditation of the day/ We will meditate togetehr online. After the meditation I will invite you to share your subjective experiences and present the meditation effects I have observed (both subjective and in terms of brainwaves). Within 24 to 72 hours you will receive a recording link to replay the whole meeting and a timecode of the meditation itself, so you can repeat this meditation again, if you wish.

Is there anything I need to do before to prepare?
ANSWER:
- This is not necessary, but I highly recommend you to watch these three webinars below as a preparation or at any time (this should help you to better understand what we imply by meditation, my working style and get better idea of the Mind Mirror readings).
